Common terms that keep pricing clear

Each package covers one language unless the quote states otherwise. A second language is priced separately.

Before work starts, the agreed scope is recorded in writing. Revision rounds apply to the agreed design and content, not to new functionality or a change of direction.

Text, images, prices and product information are supplied by the client in an organised form before implementation starts unless agreed otherwise.

Legal copy, terms of use, privacy policy and cookie policy are supplied by the client or their legal adviser. SiteSupport can place the text on the website but does not provide legal advice.

Domain names, premium licences, third-party subscriptions, payment-provider fees and custom integrations are not included in build prices unless explicitly stated in the quote.

Implementation starts when the required content and key approvals have been received. Delays in supplying content move the delivery timeline accordingly.

Work outside the agreed scope is priced separately. For active SiteCare / E-shop Care clients, technical work is €35/hour with a 30-minute minimum. For other clients it is €45/hour, also with a 30-minute minimum.

Build packages start with a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% is paid before final launch / delivery. Annual Hosting / Care plans are prepaid for the relevant year.

Hosting / Care plans are not 24/7 on-call services and do not include a guaranteed response-time SLA. If a specific response time is required, it is agreed separately.

The domain is registered in the client’s details. SiteSupport can handle its technical management, but the client remains the registrant.

Displayed prices cover SiteSupport services. VAT or other statutory charges are applied according to the tax regime in force when the invoice is issued.
